Caring properly for your items can extend their life, ensuring sustainability.
Cleaning
Technically, all parts of our backpacks are washable. However, spot-cleaning is preferred, please refrain from washing unless entirely necessary.
If you wish to wash your backpack, please do so by hand, in cold water and with gentle soaps.
Drawstring bags can be washed as normal. For altered pairs of dungarees, please make sure you loosen the elastic and anchor it using the button before washing.
Accidents
We hope your backpack lasts a long, long time, and that you have no issues with it. However, accidents do happen!
If you notice a rip, a button coming loose, or any other issue, please let me know! I will do my best to instruct you on how to fix it, or I can fix it myself. You would only need to pay postage and cost price for time and materials.
Returns
We do not offer refunds unless there is a significant production fault. Rest assured, however, our backpacks are all checked and tested prior to being shipped to you!
We hope you love your backpack, and use it for a long time. That said, please never throw a backpack away! If you no longer need or want it, we can use the materials and would like to avoid waste.
